中国人詐欺男にやられましたッ！！

なんと、今回、弊社グループ傘下の中国広州のベーカリー店の店員が中国人詐欺に引っかかり、500元（日本円約9000円）騙し取られました。手口は以下のとおりです。

※ 中国人詐欺男が店内に入って来る

男：「こんにちは！俺、この店貸してる家主の息子なんだけど、親父からの依頼でおたくの社長が親父に貸した500元取りにきたんだけど聞いてる？」

店員：「いいえ、聞いてません。」

男：「マジで？！　じゃあ、おたくの社長に電話してみてよ。あーいい、親父から電話番号聞いてるから、俺が電話する。電話（固定電話）借りていい？」

店員：「どうぞ」

※男その場で固定電話から電話をする

男：「あ、もしもし、社長。俺、家主の息子。そうそう、久しぶりです。あの親父からの依頼で500元取りにきたんだけど、店員さん知らなくてさ。500元で合ってるよね？だよね。OK。店員さんに代わる？あ、いいの？了解、じゃあ、店員に言っておきますね」

※ 電話を切って

男：「ほらね、やっぱり間違いなかった。じゃあ、500元」

店員：「あ、そうですね。はいどうぞ」

てな感じでまんまと500元騙し取られました。

話だけ聞いたら、「こんな初歩的な詐欺！」「そこで上司に確認しなきゃ」と思われると思いますが、この店員は若く、店当番も一人であったので、騙されちゃったんですね。

店員の彼女は泣きながら「すいません、私の責任なので、全額賠償します」といいましたが、こういった事を想定して、リスク管理、マニュアル化できてなかった我々経営陣の責任なので、会社として勉強代で損処理しました。

個人的にも会社的にも中国ビジネス１０年以上やってて初めて騙されました。 でも、これを教訓に色々な事においてリスク管理、事前対策を強化したいと思います。

【Cheated by Chinese young man】

One of our staff of bakery shop in China was cheated by Chinese man. The story is as below.

*Chinese young man came to our shop.

MAN:
“Hello, I am a son of this landlord. My dad said your boss has owed RMB500 to my dad and pick it up at this shop. Did you hear about this?”

STAFF: ” No. I don’t know.”

MAN: “So, could you call your boss to ask? Oh, it is ok, I know your boss’s mobile number. Can I use shop’s phone?”

*And he called to somebody

MAN:

“Hello, it’s me, son of landlord. Yeah! Long time no see! How’s everything? BTW, my dad asked me to pick up RMB500 from your shop. Is it right? OK. You want to talk to your staff, because she doesn’t know it?

No need? Yes, she is listening our conversation now. Ok. Thanks. See you!”

*Hang up phone

MAN: “See! So, please give me 500.”

STAFF: “I see… Here it is.”

Hearing this story, you might think this is very foolish way or why she was cheated. But, She is young staff and only on duty alone at that time.

After she knew she had been cheated, she cried and told us she would pay money to company. But, we won’t let her do, because this is our fault. We, management people, have to be ready for any risk and have operation manuals on every case possibly happen.

This is first time I was cheated as both personal and business. By paying this RMB500, I leaned that we should prepare more against risk management on everything.
